In this privacy policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. When you purchase something from our store we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Testimonials. We post testimonials on our services and products that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. How do we get your consent? 
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

The services may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our services.

Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies and we encourage you to read their privacy statements and contact them directly to respond to your questions. 

 

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). A review of personal information held will be carried out regularly and at least once a year.

When we have no ongoing business requirement to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible then we will securely store your personal information until deletion is possible.

We have put in place appropriate technical and organizational controls designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We will notify you of data breaches if you are likely to be at risk or serious harm. If we become aware of security breaches which may compromise your data we will promptly investigate the matter and notify the applicable Supervisory Authority not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

9. AGE OF CONSENT – DATA COLLECTED FROM MINORS

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children below the age of majority. If we learn that personal information from users less than the age of majority has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature: We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online as there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals.  If we must follow such a standard in the future, we will amend our privacy policy to reflect this requirement.

Review, update or delete your information:  We believe you should be able to access and control your personal information no matter where you live. Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, restrict or object to some uses of your personal information (for example, direct marketing) or delete it in some cases. Please note that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is you before we can respond. In order to do so, we may ask to see documentation verifying your identity, which we will discard after verification.

 

11. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with our website, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our website. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on our website, but please note this data may not be completely removed from our systems.
